| All rental units are equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, and eating & serving utensils. We do NOT supply pillows or linens for the beds. You will also need kitchen and bath linens. Cabin housekeeping is your responsibility. We have a centrally located bath house with toilets and hot showers. Reservations require a $100.00 deposit per week. In the event you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded ONLY if the unit is re-rented for the same period. It is to your advantage to notify us as early as possible (90 days) if you are unable to keep your reservation, to enable us to re-rent the unit. All rentals include the boat launching fee and dock space for one boat. Extra dock space is $35.00 Units #1, The Chalet, Yellow, Green, Blue and Executive Suite are $425.00 per week plus tax. Units 2 and 3 are $450.00 per week plus tax. Each unit is rated for a specific number of people. If you exceed the number, each additional person in a unit will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per day.
