Twin Oaks Camp
Our Little Slice Of Paradise!
Welcome!
Are you looking for the most memorable vacation ever? Do you enjoy fishing, hiking, swimming, relaxing by the lake and more? Twin Oaks Camp is the place for you, where all of these activities and more are available. Twin Oaks Camp is a family camp located in a peaceful bay on Bob's Lake in Ontario, Canada. The camp has been owned and operated by Fred and Sandra Fuller for over 40 years.
Bob's Lake is a fifteen mile long lake with approximately 500 miles of shoreline. Its waters are clean and clear which makes it excellent for fishing and other water sports. The lake is well known for the plentiful numbers of Walleye (or Pickerel) , Northern Pike, Small and Large Mouth Bass, and a large supply of Pan-fish. Also, if you get lucky, Lake Trout can be found in some areas.
We Sell Gas, Oil, Worms, and Ice at the camp.

This is how it all began!
Our Story....
In 1962 my family was staying at a camp that was then known as Cronk's on Bobs Lake. It was a place we had been before and I knew some of the neighbours. I had met the son of the family that owned the land behind the camp, he told me that he was having a friend up that I should meet. We did meet, and three days later he proposed and I said yes. Three months later we were married.
We continued to go to the camp each year and as our children were born, they were brought to the camp. In 1971, we purchased one of the units in the camp and the children and I would spend our summers at the lake. We often talked about being able to own a place like this. In 1977, Mrs. Cronk decided to sell the property and we were given the opportunity to purchase it.
The camp became ours in 1978 and we renamed it Twin Oaks. Twin Oaks for the two huge Oaks where we had met. Over the years, changes have been made but the lake itself, the peace found in being here, and the friendships developed over the many years, remain the same. Today, we have the joy of sharing Twin Oaks with our children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and generations of guests. To the grandparents who first brought me to Bobs Lake in the mid 1940's, I say Thank you. I have a sign in our office that says, "The BEST DAYS of my life have been spent at the lake". For our family and hopefully that of our guests, that statement is true. This year (2017), we celebrate 55 years of marriage and 39 years as owners of Twin Oaks. Here's to many more!
